*Role offered to me by the CEO to align the New Zealand quoting and procurement procedures to ensure our Trans-Tasman clients received the same service level and documentation from both countries.*Wholesale management and tracking via Auction house to ensure a profit was achieved upon sale of assets and that the Fair Wear & Tear policy was implemented and on charged accordingly.*Supplier reviews and training to ensure our clients received competitive pricing and excellent service from our preferred dealer network.*Building maintenance, equipment and cost savings reviews implemented during tenure.*Mentor and train Business Development and Account Managers.*Process documented and compliance rolled out to business in NZ and Australia.
