Austin R. is a Consultant at Capco at Capco. Colleagues describe him as "I had the pleasure of working with Austin on a quarterly newsletter for Asian@Capco — one of Capco's biggest and most active employee resources groups. This newsletter contains personal stories from AAPI employees and aims to celebrate diverse AAPI cultures. At the very beginning of the newsletter creation, we had very few resources. Austin, along with another designer, took up the big responsibility of designing the newsletter from scratch and I've got to say it looks AMAZING thanks to their contribution. As someone who has worked quite closely with Austin in the past year for this community initiative, I wanted to highlight Austin's many great traits. First, he's always on time for meetings and is very organized. Despite having to juggle client work, Austin manages his time well and is always able to submit his community work on time, well in advance of the deadline. Second, he's very passionate about the things he does. He brings great ideas to the table and actively engages the group with his positive energy. Lastly, Austin is very receptive to feedback and constantly wants to learn from others and improve his work. Recently, he stepped up to lead the design direction for this newsletter — I'm so so proud to see how far he's come and am so excited to see the great work he'll be doing!
