Worked closely with a globally diverse team to improve current services as well as continuing to advance to the latest version of each product. -

Provided the solution as a showcase to sell a complete end-to-end solutions to external customers (the beginning of a cloud concept, also known as Microsoft Managed services, etc...). Worked with Microsoft development from alpha stages through RTM. Deployed the solution internally to all VPN services world wide, which enforced client machines to be fully patched with approved updates, and anti-virus installed and running with current signatures before full network access is approved. Built and designed hardware requirements for SQL back end to enable compliant/non compliant reports for all 78,000 remote users. -
