Administration and projects for two departments in Health and Social Care Management.

I started in 2009 assisting business, with new ideas, projects, relocation, online, telecom, administration, improving routines, workflows and other tasks. Relocated back to Sweden in 2021. Working with short term, long term and on-going assignments.

Project within health and social care, migration from previous systems (Procapita & Lifecare) to new system (Viva). Initially a three week consulting assignment, extended to ongoing contract.

The Consulate General of Sweden.Consular duties; information supply, responding to enquires from the public, handling passports/identifications and assist with applications to the Swedish Embassy/Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Part of the assignment included an overview of work and information flow for consular staff.

National Marketing activities within Australia.Primarily media requests and website updates.

SAS Facility Management Sweden AB.Areas of responsibility: conference facilities, fitness center, food courts and restaurants facilities. Duties include:- Budget management, P&L reporting and analysis.- Client/tenant management - Tenders negotiation and suppliers SLA management.- Key role in project management of internal service organisation such as Nordic roll out of new switch board system following new telephony-supplier agreement for the SAS Group.

SAS Media.Appointed for the new position of Ambient Media Coordinator. - Formulation and implementation of new work-processes- Scheduling / control / follow up of product placements on board SAS Group aircraft and Business Lounges worldwide.- Key role coordinating worldwide network of sales agents, clients with SAS- Project coordinator to develop an IT system that would ensure sales, provide product owners with information for acceptance of sales activities and provide information to lounge/catering departments for execution of product placement activities.During a re-organization in 2003, my position was extended to encompass the distribution for all on board magazine products worldwide (Scanorama, Upp och Ner, Reis og Se etc). - Management of edition sizes- Publication process management - Follow up and break down of the distribution cost- Publisher and distributor SLA management

SAS Media. - Support function within accounting, travel orders, reception, mail handling, telephony and IT.

- Primary support of Amadeus and Resaid for SAS and travel agents in Sweden and Norway- Support for the company's range of airline related taxi products.

- Ticket sales of domestic and international travel- Booking via Ediss (Amadeus och Resaid), and the SAS Group bonus program, Euro Bonus travel

Arbetsförmedlingen (National labor authority) - application processing, various administration and database development.

Chief responsibility as cashier with additional responsibility in supply management.

Various grocery retailers during weekends and school holidays.

Nordbanken Corporate Banking.- Accounts clerk responsible for cash transactions between branch and central bank of Sweden- Corporate customer petty cash management
