As a Customer Success Specialist at Swappie, I help customers get the best value from their refurbished smartphones. I have been working in this role since May 2021, after three years of experience as an Account Specialist at VMware, a leading software company.I have a BA in Spanish and German from University College Cork, which enables me to communicate effectively with customers from different countries and cultures. I also speak Lithuanian, my native language. I am passionate about customer support and problem solving, and I have earned multiple certifications in these areas, such as Certified Support Professional and Innovative Customer Service Techniques.In my previous role at VMware, I assisted business customers with the transfer of software ownership, working closely with the legal, operations, and technical teams. I also gathered feedback from customers via surveys, email, and phone, and created training content and process improvement documentation.
