I grew up with software engineer parents. Coding was my first love, but early on I realized that it was the creation that sparked my curiosity. I love to open up the back end of a complex challenge and break it down line by line. That love translates into every opportunity I explore. My career began as a software engineer for state government but my drive to create my own future led me to turn in my notice at the government job on the day before I married my high-school sweetheart. In the years since, I have continued to grow my interests and skills. My IT business that started the day after my honeymoon has grown to more than 30 employees, I started a cattle operation, and my family has grown to include two children and a small petting zoo. I believe my success is rooted in the values I hold myself and everyone I work with to: family-first, integrity, honesty, and hard work.
