I work directly with patients on a daily basis whether in person or on the phone. However, a lot of my work involves fixing problems before the patient receives the final product. I work in a detail-oriented position which involves making a pair of glasses from the very beginning of the process to assisting the patient when trying them on. I’ve learned valuable interpersonal skills in this job whether that was interacting with patients or assisting co-workers.

Learned valuable skills on how a massive company runs on a day to day business. My responsibilities included: assisting customers with whatever problems they had, stocking shelves, cleaning aisles and doing whatever was asked of me by management. I saw first-hand how supply chain management looked in the real world and how a product went from the distribution center to the customer’s house.
