Lot Manager
Current- Manage all aspects of the rental car business from Customer Service, Sales, Fleet Management, Maintenance, Vehicle Service, Vehicle Replenishment and Financial Analysis
- Responsible for managing a unionized and/or non-unionized workforce, delivering quality customer service, increasing sales and revenue, scheduling adequate staff coverage, handling escalated customer issues and.
- Responsible for the rental fleet including but not limited to awareness of hourly reservations, return counts, vehicle make and model availability, preventative maintenance schedules, etc. to achieve the greatest.
- Actively ensure the Gold, Five Star, and President’s Choice zones are operated in a smooth efficient manner by ensuring on-site vehicle transportation, stalling and slotting process are completed in a timely manner.
- Traveled with the Ultimate Choice team to launch the Ultimate Choice Program at San Antonio International Airport and Salt Lake City International Airport.
- Traveled to San Antonio International Airport to assist with coaching, training, and operational needs and move the fleet from their former location to their new ConRAC (Consolidated Rental Car Facility)
