Assign supervision throughout the warehouse to ensure department coverage.Delegating and planning for department supervisors to ensure completion of daily tasks.Oversee all departments and supervisors to monitor completion of shipments, training, 5S assignments, inventory, and corrective action.Data entry on daily reports to track warehouse attendance and productivity metrics.Attain successful completion of daily tasks across multiple warehouse locations.

Manage a team of people who pick pack and process packages of bearings, seals, housings, etc. Track productivity, and track contributions of employees. Make sure that all orders are picked and processed in time to make schedule truck departure times. take care of any order that is subject to customer needs and maintain quality over quantity. Most of all, ensure that safety is prioritized in any task an employee may perform. I take care of scheduling employees hours and making sure that i have enough people to cover the workload on any given day. Reprimand employees who do not follow the process or people that put other employees, or the company at risk. I train employees of MHE, such as, Forklifts, cherry pickers, extenders, tuggers. File paperwork on any such training and documentation of any training done on work processes as well as company policies.
