Managed the design and delivery of a new design system for investment offering pages and a full stack overhaul of the investor dashboard to improve UI/UX across the application. Bootstrapped a startup designing, engineering, and developing plug-and-play air conditioning systems for classic cars. Grossed over $1M in international revenue across 300+ SKUs and became the leading A/C supplier for vintage BMWs. Negotiated contracts with the leading automotive parts retailers, self-taught Autodesk and hired engineers, and implemented MRP software to automate resource planning, forecasting, and purchasing.

Responsible for leading the development of an integrated B2B2C payments integration using Stripe and delivering an industry first buy now, pay later feature powered by Affirm and Klarna with over $7M in monthly volume. Led product teams in designing, delivering, and shipping over 14+ customer facing software releases throughout the app. Planned internal product roadmaps, hosted customer interviews, built team charter documentation, and strategized project delivery cadence.

Co-founded a startup to deliver a peer-to-peer (C2C) escrow service for classic cars and allow users to safely, securely, and transparently exchange funds and title paperwork across state lines without the risks of a traditional wire transfer. Participated in an incubator, build a fully functional web app using Bubble.io, Stripe, and Plaid, yet abandoned the idea due to other startup and career ventures.

Directly responsible for delivering BenefitsCal – California’s statewide benefits portal reaching 13M+ users. Led client facing design sessions, managed overseas development teams, and built end-to-end process flows. Created front-end and API system documentation, designed wireframes, and wrote functional and technical requirements.

Managed and led a CRM database transition from Salesforce to Redtail of 26,000 records with $2.5B in AUM. Facilitated the acquisition of a new office generating over $6M in new business. Prepared financial reports and documentation for a team of advisors managing over $700M in AUM.

Founded a freelance marketing company specializing in web design, social media management and content creation. Secured short- and long-term contracts, hired freelance contractors, and grossed over $40k revenue in under 2 years. Worked with clients such as BMW, Turtle Wax, and Land Rover USA.

Reviewed and wrote over $3M in new branding and legal contracts. Became point of contact for 1st and 3rd tier marketing agencies to review creatives and ensure contract compliance. Created marketing presentation decks and guides for the sales and marketing team.
