I supported the Krechet onshore rig as well as the offshore platforms Orlan and Berkut.● Executed 16 completions, delivering 68 kbd oil production and 185 kbd of water injection capacity to the Russian affiliate.● Innovated to pursue risk balanced elimination of cleanout runs, saving $4MM cumulative across 5 wells.● Managed Schlumberger to reduce Odin completion times and installation risk using “super-assemblies” that are prepared off critical path, saving $5MM cumulative across 9 installations, 90 hours installation time reduced to 50 hours.● Adapted to complete the 2nd longest upper completion in the industry (38,328 ftMD/ 8,199 ftTVD) remotely while unable to travel to Russia due to COVID-19 lockdown.● Installed 3 Baker Hughes GeoFORM completions on Berkut, saving $18MM compared to open hole gravel packing.● Redesigned critical flaw in Odin water injector design, avoiding two workovers with a cost of ~$20MM and preserving schedule.● Wrote user training manual for WellCat tubular design and trained Bangalore Technical Center Engineers to allow for reduced staffing of Houston Planning Team.● Shifted Sakhalin Wells Team safety culture by implementing safety briefs in pre-section meetings.
