As a Project Engineer, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of an assigned project both on site all over the Midwest and in the office including: sales, budget creation, contract management, design, engineering, drafting, implementation, project profitability, and customer satisfaction. The seed industry is the focus of our business at Popp Engineering. An assigned project has been as small as helping a customer to properly locate and replace a replacement part or as large as designing and building a multi-million dollar seed conditioning and packaging facility.

Carlson Brothers Farm is owned and operated by my dad Brad Carlson and my uncle Matt Carlson. As a 6th generation family farm, we continue to grow and provide for the worlds constantly growing need for farmers.I work in hay production with my brother producing small square bales of alfalfa hay along with a rotation of corn and soybeans on 52 acres of our own. I also help with the family farm operations as much as my full time job will allow.
