• Architectural Project Management consisting primarily of commercial cultivation facilities • Management of up to 3 draftsman, delegating tasks, reviewing and redlining completed work• On site analysis of existing facilities and the recreation of floor plans in digital format• Drafting of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing plans for large scale cultivation facilities • Coordination with contractors and project superintendents, answering RFI’s and providing solutions to questions and issues that arise during construction• Coordination and creation of response letters to multiple Jurisdictions to gain plan approval• Interview and test potential draftsman to evaluate job qualifications

• Drafting, design, engineering, and sales of detached permanent accessory structures• Construction management and completion of 20+ structures from initial sale to final inspection during employment• Material take offs and ordering of materials for building construction• Organization and hiring of subcontractors• Scheduling and supervision of on-site inspections • On site supervision of construction, inspections, material delivery and subcontractors • Final inspection and walk through of completed projects for quality assurance

• Drafting and project management of a wide variety of projects ranging from large scale commercial projects such as gas stations and shopping centers to custom residential homes and additions• Coordination with principal Architect during all phases of projects• Coordination with multiple jurisdictions from planning to plan review to obtain project approvals• Engineering of beams and lateral analysis for residential projects using Archforms Maxquake software• Assembly of submittal packages including all supporting documents
