I have worked most of my life in the food service industry. Started out in the warehouse for 8 years learning how the process went with packing orders and rotation. Afterwards got transferred to Route Sales learning about how to provide a service to the customer, proper merchandise facing and point of sale promoting. With being a Route Sales associate for 2 years an opportunity from within the company to be a Warehouse Supervisor. In my new role I am helping come up with creative ideas to make things efficient, successful, and easy all around not only for the warehouse but also for the route sales and the overall operations. I am currently going to school online at Sinclair. Here I am pursuing my associate in business management. I have taken classes on the foundation of business and learning how to start. Learned how to work in mixed company and how to be effective as a team player. Taken business math and accounting. Learning business writing and learning how to write memos. In marketing I am learning about SWOT analysis and the four p's and how to market myself. With going back to school, I have been enjoying every class I have taken so far.I work hard, I am committed and dedicated to every job that I have ever had. I am very goal oriented and driven to reach the companies goals. I am a self-motivator but also a leader and a motivator to my fellow coworkers to be successful in their lives and in the success of the companies goals.
