While working as an intern for Senator Capito, I answered 25-50 calls per day from constituents regarding their questions, comments, concerns, etc. I also managed all incoming and outgoing mail for the Charleston office. I also traveled with the Senator's staff to meetings, conferences, and events.

During my time at DICK's Sporting Goods, I assisted customers in selecting athletic and lifestyle apparel, managed financial transactions totaling $300-$1,500 per day, cross-trained in several departments, and cleaned the sales floor.

As an employee for Alorica, with Duke Energy, I spoke with 100-200 customers each day. More specifically I assisted customers in beginning and ending their electrical services. I also managed financial transactions totaling $800-$2,000 per day. At a certain point, I helped train 10 new employees.

I was only one of two cashiers on-site each shift. I was in charge of financial transactions totaling $500-$1,000 each shift, creating, cooking, packaging 300-400 food items each shift.
