Design, Develop, Implement automated and manually-assisted manufacturing equipment.

• Launch M274 powertrain facility ramp production to 30 UPH.• Analyze torque Parameters and curves to prevent NG conditions in bolt secure.• Coordinate the design and installation of equipment for major/minor model changes including: tool secure time optimization, multi-spindle fixture design and implementation, automated equipment modification.• Maintain and create all process sheets for designated zone by referencing any design notes, torque changes, and new models specifications.• Use Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to determine poka-yokes for defect prevention.• Conduct continuous Kaizen improvement to increase, UPH, ergonomics, PFMEA score.
