- Created tools to organize large data sets and minimize the amount of manual input that was originally necessary.- Designed a system that takes a large list of customers and outputs an organized chart that shows each customer in the company and what product they are subscribed to. Each list originally took 1-2 hours to create, however with the new system the time was cut down to 10-15 minutes.- Took an outdated process of reconciling user contracts and automated it so the client services team can easily add users to a master file and have easy access to them.- Interacted with customers and assisted in managing their product subscriptions and trials, as well as taking calls to assist them with any issues that they have regarding their Genscape services.- Designed a tool that highlights which customers in a large data set are supposed to be activated or deactivated from a certain product, and updates automatically as the data set updates.
