Performs a wide range of engineering/management functions, including planning, estimating, quality control, cost control, progress reporting, surveying, quantity tracking, purchasing, and subcontractor coordination. Responsible for developing, obtaining, reviewing, and forwarding product submittals. When not assigned to a project, works with the Estimating Team at the Home Office.

CNC Operator. Operated a CNC machine to cut out pieces for later assembly. Operated an edge banding machine and edge banded pieces after cutting them out.

Trained students how to properly use equipment within a shop. Helped students’ problem-solve issues that may occur during fabrication of their projects.

Project Assistant Superintendent Intern. Worked alongside Superintendents on a high-rise college dorm. Worked closely with the subcontractors during the punchlist phase of the project to correct any issues that appeared.

Worked alongside a Project Manager and Superintendent to learn about processes such as change orders, scheduling, communication with subcontractors, and solving problems. While there I got Pro-core and Cal-OSHA 10 certified.

• Lead- Responsible for specific shops and tasks making sure the store is up to company standards • Cashier- Responsible for ringing costumers up, engaging with them making sure they had a pleasant experience shopping in the store. I also have the responsibility to promote Old Navy Credit Cards to costumers, signing them up when I sell them on one. • Salesfloor Associate- Responsible for recovering different shops within the store, making the cloths neat and organized, to make it easy for costumers to shop. Also given the task to fulfill buy online and pickup in store orders.• Shipment- Unboxed, organized, and put onto the sales floor merchandise received from main facility. • Maintenance- Responsible for cleaning up along with any small repairs that were needed throughout the store.

• Runner - Responsible to watch the crowd to make sure no one jumps onto the field• Security Guard- Responsible for the crowd’s, player’s, and media’s safety, making sure no one is in harm's way

Cycled through different crews within the Company, including with Graders, Framers, Finishers, and an Estimator. Saw how the Company functioned as a whole and gained knowledge in the field of concrete.
