-Showed initiative after a crate of inventory went missing and created/managed a whole new inventory system, including the cleanup of inventory shelves for more impressive presentation, new location zoning system for all warehouse inventory, new color coded tagging system for all units, and new shipping and receiving system for organization-MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) Experience (MRO Coordinator): MRO experience in walking a unit through MRO, such as inspecting an incoming unit, looking up MRO capabilities in ILS, negotiating with vendors, and doing follow ups to make sure it was back on schedule.
