About Austin D.

What could be more fun than knowing there's a treasure hidden somewhere in a dataset and being let loose to go and find it? Over the years, I've evolved my way from protein engineering to deep learning, working at the interface of both to advance new and exciting commercial opportunities in therapeutics. I've spent my free time in my younger years playing with machine learning methods applied to various fun projects like game playing and stock prediction, but recently I've been working with LLMs for genomic tasks and AI for protein design. I'm a tech nerd at heart, thrive on being helpful, and my motivation is to work towards my goal of solving all diseases and age related inconveniences.
