Conducted mounted fire support operations in force-on-force Situational Training Exercises around the clock. Conducted Dismounted patrols, infiltrations, Long Range Reconnaissance, and Surveillance operations with both US and Allied Nations Forces.December 2023: Attended and completed a Department of The Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) level 1 Facilitator courseOctober-November 2023: Trained and Advised a team of four through M2A3/M3A3 Bradley Gunnery qualification tables.March-April 2023: Attended and graduated from the Fires Center of Excellence's Joint Fires Observer Course at Fort Sill, Oklahoma with class 006-23."A Joint Fires Observer is a trained Service Member who can request, adjust, and control surface-to-surface fires, provide target information in support of Type 2 and 3 Close Air Support (CAS) terminal attack control, and perform autonomous terminal guidance operations" 3-09.30August 22 - August 23: Fire support Sergeant for an Armor Battalion assisted the BN FSO and FSNCO in coordinating Fire Support (FS); Supervised the Fire support specialists (E1-E4); and updated digital and analog products to maintain a common operation picture. Assisted in Korean Rotation 22 deployment/redeployment, participated in Fire support Proficiency Tables, and Platoon through Battalion level Training Exercises.

July 24: Participated in Operation Pacific Fortitude/Operation Ready SledgeHammer an Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise (EDRE) to South Korea. Presented with an Army Commendation Medal "SERGEANT DELEON'S OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE WAS PIVOTAL IN THE SUCCESS OF OPERATION READY SLEDGEHAMMER IN SOUTH KOREA. WHILE OPERATING AS A DISMOUNTED JOINT FIRES SUPPORTER (JFO) SGT DELEON INTEGRATED LIVE MORTAR FIRE MISSIONS AND ARMY ATTACK AVIATION IN SUPPORT OF THE 1-36IN/4-70IN AND REPUBLIC OF KOREA ARMY (ROKA) COMBINED ARMS PLATOON LIVE FIRES. SERGEANT DELEON SUCCESSFULLY CALLED IN AND OBSERVED LIVE MORTAR CALLS FOR FIRES AND ATTACK AVIATION STRIKES."Presented with A Challenge Coin by General Paul J. LaCamera the Commander, United Nations Command/Combined Forces Command/United States Forces Korea, Republic of Korea.June 24: Trained and developed new crew members on the M3A3 Bradley Fire Support Vehicle to conduct a Bradley gunnery qualification table, resulting in the new crew qualifying on their first iteration.March-May 2024: Trained and Developed a specially selected team including myself to compete and win the inaugural 1st Armored Division Artillery Best Redleg Competition. Further Trained and Developed this team to compete at Fort Sill, Oklahoma where the FORSCOM-wide inaugural GEN Raymond T. Odierno Best Redleg competition was held. Presented with an Army Commendation Medal "Citation: For commendable performance during the 2024 1st Armored Division Artillery Best Redleg Competition. Sergeant Deleon displayed the highest level of mental and physical toughness and dedication to duty coupled with subject matter expertise in a multitude of areas. His distinguished physical performance and outstanding display of knowledge reflect great credit upon him, the 1st Armored Division Artillery, the 1st Armored Division, and the United States Army."
