Buying a home is a major step in someone’s life, and nothing makes me happier than making that step as easy and seamless as possible for people. As a licensed mortgage loan originator, I have the opportunity every day to do that while helping customers fulfill their goals of becoming homeowners.I joined MIG’s home office in Knoxville in May 2017 after working in the banking and advertising sales industries for three years. I welcome the challenge of getting borrowers ready to take the next step to becoming homeowners. Whether it’s guiding them through the buying process or helping them get their finances in a position to be able to purchase a home, I enjoy seeing people accomplish something they thought was out of reach. I also serve on MIG’s Digital Consumer Interface team, where I have the opportunity to build relationships with customers who inquire about mortgage lending services through digital platforms and social media. I focus on matching those clients, as well as those who reach out to me through traditional means, with the best mortgage program for their unique needs. By offering stellar customer service while looking out for their best interests, I also strive to help my customers reach the goals they have set that allow them to live happily.When I’m not advising clients about their mortgage options, I enjoy watching the Cincinnati Reds, Vols, Predators and Titans play, and spending time with my family and our dogs.
