Business Partnering• Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps across various service lines and curate a solution-oriented learning strategy with a blended approach.• Collaborating with internal SMEs for process and application related trainings and further mentoring them in content building and facilitation.Training Programmes – Planning & Facilitation• Responsible for planning and facilitating monthly calendar programmes comprising of current and futuristic skill requirements, which are in sync with business.• Plan and deliver Induction sessions for new recruits across levels and service lines around global hedge funds, corporate services, and shadow accounting.• Identify and partner with globally reputed external learning consultants with a focus on training delivery and content across niche products and trends in Bank debt, hedge funds, Private equity etc.Digital content management• Responsible for defining digital content strategy aligned with learning goals for various job functions across fund services operation and work with learning admins to host the same on LMS.• Collaborating with business in curating digital content and case study examples on various financial products, applications, and processes along with trade life cycle across fund services business.• Designing activity-based learning on key concepts relating to OTC and exchange traded products for various business verticals with an objective of skill enhancement and knowledge retentionTraining effectiveness and Impact check• Designing and sharing monthly training MIS on assessment analysis, collating feedback on training programmes and sharing the focus areas with the SME's & business.• Measuring the impact of learning programmes post 90 – 120 days through feedback mechanisms and provide recommendations for further skill enhancement through quantitative & qualitative analysis.

• Delivering training programme on Exchange and OTC products, along with their trade life cycle, from Investment banking perspective.• Have successfully executed the model of “Train – hire and deploy” for Deutsche Bank across locations for their new recruits in specific areas of investment banking and capital market domain.• Counseling candidates on different training programme offered by Imarticus Learning.

• Performing Nostro reconciliation on debt securities for various offshore accounts.• Performing Forex netting between counterparties to settle their net positions in a single transaction.• Pricing securities as per Bloomberg and providing daily Profit and Loss statements to clients.• Monitoring the trades executed between counterparty, prime brokers and client.• Performing and approving UAT testing to move recs from manual to automation.• Delivering sessions on Derivative Swaps and Fixed Income securities along with trade life cycle.• Evaluating the performance of team members through appraisals and providing them necessary feedback at regular intervals.

• Setting up Corporate action events on securities having Positions of Prime Brokerage, Firm, Stock-loan and borrowers in Action compare, Espear and New event data base.• Setting up a Quality Check for Swift and Non-Swift Messages received in Inca in the form of MT564, MT568, MT566, EUCLID and London Stock Exchange.• To follow up with brokers across the globe for information regarding any corporate action event.• Delivering training sessions on Corporate actions events along with their impact on business to employees across department.

• Involved in performing Nostro/Vostro/Loro reconciliation along with break investigation and resolution for OTC and Listed products across Global Cash Reconciliation team. • Investigating and resolving discrepancies between the fund accounting books and custodian cash and securities • Issuing Debit Authority for unclaimed funds through SWIFT.
