I worked on the High Speed Rail Segment 3, from Corcoran down to Allensworth, CA. I created rough order magnitude estimates in the design phase of the project to evaluate cost alternatives on the 25.6 mile stretch. I produced linear excel schedules in order to track right of way acquisition along with a depiction of the work associated over a time period and from station to station. I've worked alongside a team of 4 to manage subcontractors gearing up to perform early work items as the project transitions into the construction phase.

I managed daily time cards to track production on projects from Vacaville to Auburn. I transferred these production rates into weekly progress schedules and I put together a forecast of the next 9 days of work. I worked with the foreman and superintendents to understand the day to day operation of a mass grading company.

I calculated quantity takeoff for structural concrete. I managed a joint venture call between partners over quantity reconciliation. I became more fluent in reading construction plans and specs.
