• Responsible for identifying client and partnership opportunities and developing go-to market strategies for chemical products and servicesthroughout Oklahoma and United States• Working directly with President & CEO to forecast and manage an annual budget exceeding $3.5 million• Cultivate, negotiate, plan, and execute multiple large-scale and multi-tiered events annually• Initiate and foster relationships with strategic partners including: Big Tex, Four Star, Nova Corporation, and Sundowner• Analyze regional consumer data to proactively plan, prepare, and provide comprehensive support and communication for customers• Supervise team members and daily business execution

• Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions• Evaluate athletes’ skill level and team performance• Monitoring academic success of student-athletes• In-depth scouting preparation through film for individual and team review• Hosting community outreach and fundraising events

• On the college level, recruit high-level student-athletes who met the standards of university• Retain college student-athletes by building lasting relationships• Training and developing athletes into improved performance on the youth, high school and college level

Working directly with Russell at his annual skills camp.

• Acquiring new single game/partial season/full season ticket packages for groups and individuals• Point of contact for large groups attending games• In charge of Scout Night—over 400 tickets sold individually to groups of boy scouts• Over 1000 tickets sold individually in one season
