About Austin Faust

I currently work as a SOC analyst, routing tickets to teams with potential security risks as well as investigating tickets myself to verify if tickets are a false positive or a threat.Previously I worked in the information technology field working on helping my customers with their issues on a wide range of devices and networking troubleshooting and enabling.Prior to that I was a product tester that had to pay attention to small details for the developer of the product to fix or leave the fault in. I had to work with a team, recite the exact way to reproduce the error, keep track of all the errors found, and report any problems to my supervisors. I went to Eastern Technical High School for computer technology and went through the CCNA curriculum. I currently have the CompTIA Sec+ certification. Currently studying to take my CCNA certification again.TS Clearance w/ Poly currently active.
