Worked within an OT and IT cybersecurity team to perform updates, repair computer systems, edit local and group policies, and ensure that assigned computers were within the Department of Energy baseline standards by utilizing vulnerability and compliance scans along with the Windows registry editor. Learned about the differences between OT and IT cybersecurity and how they interact with the computer systems and networks across the Savannah River Site. Observed and learned about VMware use in a real-world environment, such as how it interacts with vulnerability and compliance scans. Collected artifacts to assist in the reporting of successful updates, backups, or repairs to computers. Installed, baselined, and scanned DeltaV.

Advised company on refunds and investigated the validity of chargeback claims issued by customers and stores. Handled monetary disputes and suspicious activities relating to the chargebacks being requested.
