Brought on by the CEO in a consulting capacity as a trusted thought partner and former board member to spearhead a board-level project: analyzing and optimizing growth and go-to-market (GTM) efficiency. Primary responsibilities included identifying and quantifying any growth issues or bottlenecks through granular unit economics analysis and industry benchmarking; summarizing data, strategic insights, and recommendations for strategic & operational improvements in growth & GTM efficiency; and implementing improvement plan into a new 5-year operating model and board presentation deck.

ASG has acquired 50+ businesses across 10+ verticals since inception.In my role as an M&A Associate with sourcing, investing, and board responsibilities, I oversaw the full M&A process - finding great SaaS companies, leading calls with Founders and initial due diligence, valuing businesses and negotiation LOIs, and overseeing all due diligence and 3rd party service providers through to sign & close. As a Board Member of 2 ASG portfolio companies, my primary responsibilities included vertical/M&A strategy, finding & executing strategic add-ons, building market expertise, and acting as a thought-partner to the operating team on all operational & growth initiatives.
