While I don’t spend my days ruling over Winterfell or outsmarting secret agents, I do still take great pride in my inclusion as an ISTJ. I don’t feel pressure under deadlines and always approach something from a logical perspective. I believe that the only logical approach to business is a data-driven one. I’ve done it since I was a child; I’ll do it until I die.Create and Enforce Order I believe that a team achieves its best results when everyone knows exactly what they are supposed to do. One of my first goals in any project is to establish a system for accomplishing the goal. That’s why I established a streamlined strategy-creation process early on at my job.Jacks-of-all-trades I once said that my greatest fear was that I would die knowing less than I could have. I like to know everything. That’s why I familiarize myself with every department’s practices, goals, and industry as soon as I enter a job. Above everything else, knowledge inspires me.
