Being in the Army for four years I've been able obtain different roles in the military that's helped to improve my skills, from being a team leader helping to train the next/future generation of the army, all the way to being a vehicle commander being responsible for millions of dollars worth of equipment. I started like everyone else, at the bottom as a rifleman but through that I was able to see what good and bad leadership looked like. it showed me what a good leaders should and should not do. Through various schools that the army has sent me too Ive been able to recieve valuable knowledge on jungle survival and combat tactics, as well as four years worth of arctic cold weather survival here in Alaska.
