I am enlightened to say that my role has continued to challenge me every step of my journey with Overstock. As I reflect on the past five years I have spent at Overstock, my role continues to expand rapidly and it provides me with an amazing opportunity to continue to grow and continuously learn.I am accountable for delivering partner paid advertising on-site and off-site ($40M) avg per year, creating partner paid brand stores on-site, monthly proof of performance audits for partner advertisements, finalizing monthly actual financials and outlook, maintaining operation processes and implementations, continuously automating systems and processes.

Led a team of 15 skilled team members to collaborate and organized a plan for delivering, forecasting, and outlooking on one of the ten potential 2023 company initiatives. Our proposal was awarded as Overstock's key initiative for 2023.

I was responsible for building and executing weekly ad deploys for partner paid advertisements, analyzing reporting for partner paid advertising, led and proposed a team initiative to design and deploy a new partner brand store experience, automated weekly responsible tasks in order to free up added time to absorb more job responsibilities which opened up my total band width by 50%, restructured our operations pipelines to increase ad preparation and delivery, built multiple Excel VBA tools for team members to pull placement and reporting information that was necessary for their roles.
