•Designing switchgear based on customer specifications made to order. Coordinating with a wide range of power systems and providing field support to the customers and power distribution industry.•Establishing effective troubleshooting processes when reviewing schematics and wiring diagrams.• Coordination with Research and Development Engineers to establish consistent understanding and implantation of each piece of Switchgear that we design. Searching for new ways to make our product more capable everyday.• Experienced in wiring and re-design processes to fix and establish specified customer changes or design issues that require changes.• Assist production with troubleshooting and changes which requires wiring changes to the schematics and wiring diagrams to ensure consistency and the most up to date specifications are aligned between the Engineering Department and the Production Line.
