I am an experienced manager in construction operations, specializing in project management and prefabrication integration. My experience as Project Manager spanned across multiple markets with a primary focus in healthcare and the public sector projects. I have managed projects ranging from $5 million to $600 million and led teams of project engineers across multiple scopes.Currently, as a Prefabrication Integration Manager, I am a prefab jack of all trades to support JE Dunn's efforts to integrate prefabrication as a standard business practice nationally. My core responsibilities include identifying and participating in project pursuits and supporting client programs, cultivating industry partnerships, assisting preconstruction with schedule, logistics and trade buyout, developing tools for project teams success and analyzing production to optimize systems and processes. My focus is in the semiconductor, industrial, mission critical and aviation markets along with a specialty in prefabricated exterior skin systems.
