Additional responsibilities include:• Interview, hire, and manage a team of 60-70 Student Brand Ambassadors at universities in Arkansas, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Louisana & Puerto Rico.• Identify management opportunities to develop employees individually and as a team• Maintain a supportive, positive, and fun team culture amongst #TeamAustin and the management team.• Manage a mentor program for our new hires, so they can be successful on campus.
