My practice is focused in the areas of business and commercial litigation, consumer and commercial debt collection, banking and related financial institution litigation, and commercial landlord/tenant law. I also have experience defending clients from a variety of consumer protection claims, including claims arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and state consumer protection statutes.

Joined the Corporate Legal Division at H&R Block and partnered with various legal teams, including Contracts, Employment Law, and Litigation. Spent considerable time researching and drafting memos relating to trademark infringement, employment applications, and state small loan acts.
