Be familiar with cell phone test standards (for example: vodafone standard/AT&T standard) and loudspeaker basics & SmartAmp. Worked as Platform Lead for Huawei-Rockchip Tablet-Lite Bee/F1. Worked on TI Pure Path Studio to tune the parameters. Coordinated TI resources for customer. Focused on CODEC driver debug, AEC/NC tuning, fixed all audio concerned issues and finished music tuning (such as SRS). Worked as Platform Lead for Yulong projects. Worked on TI Pure Path Studio to tune the parameters in order to pass ACQUA test items. Coordinated TI resources for customer. Focused on CODEC driver debug, AEC/NC tuning, fixed all audio concerned issues and finished music tuning (such as SRS).There are 3 projects in Yulong which are handled by me at the same time, including 9070(cell phone), 8730(cell phone),9960(cell phone),

 Worked as Platform Lead in Qingdao Hisense work with NV on Hisense projects. Worked on TI Pure Path Studio to tune the parameters in order to pass ACQUA test items. Coordinated TI resources for customer. Focused on CODEC driver debug, AEC/NC tuning, fixed all audio concerned issues and finished music tuning (such as SRS).There are 6 projects in Hisense which are handled by me at the same time, including P9202(WCDMA cell phone), M370(7’in tablet), W970(WCDMA cell phone),M3101(10’in tablet), M470(7’in tablet),P9205(7’in tablet). Worked as an expert to help customer to learn test items and to pass China-Mobile-standard objective tests and subjective tests

 Worked as Customer Project Manager in Xi’an ZTE.  Worked on TI Pure Path Studio to tune the parameters in order to pass ACQUA test items. Coordinated TI resources for customer and work with NV on ZTE projects. Focused on CODEC driver debug, AEC/NC tuning. Fixed all audio concerned issues and finished audio tuning (such as SRS).There are 9 projects in ZTE which were handled by me at the same time, including CDMA phone (1 project: N890),WCDMA phone (5 projects: Mimosa Swiss, Mimosa France, Skate, Mimosa Turkey, Mimosa Asia) and TD phone (3 projects: U970, U930, U880F).

Took part in CDMA cell phone development and coordinalte Texas Instrument's resources in the project. Focus on AEC/NC tuning，SRS tuning and solve issues (such as POP/noise).

Worked with interface/clock engineers and help cusotmer to solve application issues.Worked with audio engineers and leaned tuning & CODEC concerned internal infomation.
