Responsible for purchasing-related activities consisting of but not limited to: Procurement of material, equipment, and services as requested for our Mechanical group; Maintaining vendor relationships and review of vendor performance; vendor quote requests and analysis; Order tracking relating to delivery, delays, damaged goods, quantity verifications and returns; Invoice review, analysis and reconciliation; Purchase requisition and Purchase Order processing for approval and/ or review.

To oversee and manage all activities related to inventory, purchasing, and equipment distribution within the company. The main objective is to ensure that all materials are controlled and distributed accurately from the warehouse to the field in order to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.  Inventory Control – Order, track and receive materials for field technicians.  Supervision – Coordinate and manage labor assigned to warehouse. Analyzing Information - Reviewing submittals for appropriate material management. Managing Processes – Overseeing and facilitating warehouse processes to maximize internal and external service. Optimizing Lean and 7s Training to maximize efficiency. Developing Standards - Created and documented processes for successful warehouse management. Trained other coworkers on warehouse standards and processes. Purchasing Material - Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, evaluate and compare cost of material to maximize cost efficiency.  Assisting HVAC Service and Install Technicians – Providing an internal service to uphold workflow and meet deadlines. Flexible and willing to do what is needed to get the job done.
