➢ Served as the lead supervisor and commanding officer’s representative for numerous key and high-level system restoration operations and reactor plant testing on a $2 billion submarine.➢ Led a group of 20 electricians to complete inspection, repairs, and restoration of the ship’s electrical system with zero deficiencies.➢ Created and maintained numerous key ship’s programs, including top secret control, casualty response, and water-tight integrity.➢ Managed a group of 15 individuals through the complex installation and initial testing of the submarine’s new communication system.➢ Processed over 3200 maintenance items over the submarine’s 33-month refueling period with no procedural violations.
