I am the one person everybody comes to when they need something done efficiently and effectively. As the operation assistant at a produce farm, my job consists of doing a little bit of everything. My job is a combination of a sales representative, delivery driver, retail salesman, farm hand, and accountant. My job experience has taught me how to properly manage a small business, generate sales, work with coworkers with a language barrier present, communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and how to effectively solve challenging problems.I enjoy working with numbers and helping people. So while my future career path isn't clear, my vision to help small business grow and be successful is. That is why I am studying to get my BSBA in Business Management from East Carolina University - College of Business.
