• Building Hire Short's partnership program from the ground up• Identifying, establishing and enhancing new Channel Partnerships to open a new avenue of growth.• Scaling existing partnerships• Main strategic alliance categories: Employer / Agent of Record (EoR / AoR), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), executive search firms and other freelance platforms that aggregate demand from Enterprises for flexible talent.• By establishing partnerships with these synergistic firms, I aim to connect their clients with our talent to fill open talent needs at Enterprise companies. • This solves a talent pain point for the end client, enable the partner firm to add more value to their clients (and share in the revenue)• Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling collateral to position Hire Shorts in best possible light when pursuing channel partnerships; lead co-marketing efforts including press releases, joint webinars, virtual and IRL events, guest blogs, etc.• Develop and own company OKRs for channel partnerships
