I am a Learning and Development Coach at Suncoast Credit Union, where I have also held positions such as Mortgage Specialist and Lending Specialist. Throughout my roles at Suncoast I have been focused on promoting the financial welfare of our members by providing specialized care to suit their needs and assisting in financial decisions while acting to meet Suncoast's organizational goals. I focus on thorough, compassionate, and honest work with our members to help them on the track towards meeting their financial goals. In my current role, I have been able to take on more leadership and talent development responsibilities through my work coaching and providing OTJ training for both new and seasoned employees. In addition, I have begun taking on and coordinating projects, such as the development of new curricula, and managing the needs of internal stakeholders within the organization. As an employee, I strive to be an emotionally intelligent leader and utilize strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and technical skills, and have worked on developing my project management skills to achieve both the goals of the member and Suncoast as a financial institution.I recently completed Google's Project Management course and am looking forward to taking the Certified Associate in Project Management exam through the Project Management Institute.
