Monitor real time queues & Identify high risk transactions, determine/mitigate fraud on accounts, investigating various types of fraud on person and business accounts, reviewing and researching evidence/documents to analyze overall data and spending patterns, conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased, and timely investigations into allegations of fraud, conduct low level and high level forms of verification, activate, cancel credit cards due to fraudulent activity. Proficient with the following systems such as Saw-grass, Apollo, credit initiation, Lexis Nexis, Eclipse, etc.

Register patients for outpatient procedures for elective and non-elective services. Verified demographics, insurance, Cpt codes, stat orders, diagnostic codes and collected payments while registering the patient. Communicate with other departments within the hospital using proper phone etiquette and via E-mail. Provided administration support and clerical duties for the department.
