• Manage Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for National Student Loan Data System, to include requirements definition, system design, test planning and execution, system UAT, and ongoing system support• Business process analysis and design for system that handles over $130B in student financial aid annually• Lead daily process development discussions with key client stakeholders and developers• Create and track daily priority tasks to meet project timeline and budgetary targets• Train client and National Student Clearinghouse on enrollment and web functionality logic

• Manage requirements and scope definition development, collaborating with key stakeholders to effectively translate system requirements for development and testing teams• Subject matter expert for back-end and front-end business processes• Conduct cross-functional status meetings with client to track progress and address critical issues• Lead tester for AT scripts; create Jira defect tickets to monitor code and software fixes
