As a Publix deli worker, I was required to not only show excellent customer service and provide quality food service, but also maintain product freshness, dating and stocking, dishwashing, and general upkeep of my department.

My time at Farm Bureau required me to maintain accurate information on customer accounts for Farm Bureau agents to work off of. This included updating customer profiles, location of important files, linking appropriate files to customer accounts, scanning paperwork and files into customer accounts.

I functioned as a writer, editor, producer, editor, and camera operator for short form video skits and announcements. In this role, I would write, shoot, edit, and sometimes act in this skits/announcement videos.
