As an Senior Consultant with Guidehouse, contracted to the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), I am a vital part of a consulting team specializing in IT system and program cost estimation for the Program Financial Control division. My role involves developing a range of cost analysis products, such as Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), and Business Case Analysis (BCA), with a primary focus on estimating future labor costs for IT capabilities. Additionally, I work on refining and improving existing cost estimation processes to support USTRANSCOM’s Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives and standardize workflows. I collaborate closely with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to provide accurate and timely cost estimates, thereby contributing to the command's financial planning and decision-making processes.

Currently in training to become a Force Support Officer with the IL Air National Guard. Force Support officers define, develop, shape, sustain, and deliver mission-ready Airmen across the Total Force. Responsibilities include defining Air Force Manpower and Organization Requirements, managing Human Resources, managing and providing Education and Training Requirements, regenerating Airmen, feeding Airmen, developing Human Capital Strategies, applying Laws and Policies, compensating Airmen, providing Force Readiness and Quality of Service Programs, and serves as senior staff advisor to commanders.
