Crm Implementation Project Manager
Current• Manage and oversee many CRM data conversion projects for various clients from initial consultation to implementation. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, define project scope, gather requirements, map out a project plan, and maintain strong lines of communication.• Responsible for maintaining project timeline SLA’s and identifying and mitigating any bottlenecks during the process.• Regularly run and manage consultation meetings with clients, broker dealer relationship managers, internal data conversion team, and other project stakeholders• Work closely with data engineers, clients, and client representatives to ensure clear communication amongst all parties.• Main point of contact for CRM conversion projects, serves as liaison between all stakeholders.• Responsible for maintaining clear, concise, thorough, and timely documentation for CRM projects in JIRA, Service Now, and internal platforms.
