At Matthews Motors, I've spearheaded digital transformation and growth into a multifaceted dealership that includes (Fleet management, Upfit, Mobile Repairs) but I've also grappled with the inefficiency of managing 30+ separate systems such as: Customer Portals, Accounting, Operations, Fleet management, OEMs, and many more.
