My main role at Gary Berkowitz State Farm was to solicit information via telemarketing and events. I worked alongside our offices Sales Representative to help grow our agencies book while also providing some of the best insurance the industry has to offer. I was also able to work on the service side of our agency, working with current and prospected insurees. This included beginning of day tasks, supporting document requests, and payments.
