As the CEO and Co-Founder of Steadfast Equestrian, I provide online equestrian supplies and tack for horse riders of all levels. I launched this company with my spouce in January 2024, with the vision of becoming a trusted local supplier for our community and sharing my passion for all things equestrian.I am also a Construction Safety Officer (CSO), where I have ensure compliance to the BC OHS Regulation, on site safety and emergency first aid. With over 6 years of experience in the construction industry, I have acquired multiple certifications and completed courses towards the National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation. I have also demonstrated problem solving, risk management, and emergency response skills in various situations and scenarios.My core competencies are strategic planning and communication, which I use to lead and inspire my teams, partners, and clients. I have successfully managed multiple projects, contracts, and budgets, and delivered high-quality results and outcomes. I have also built strong relationships and networks within the equestrian and construction sectors, and received positive feedback and referrals from my customers and coworkers. My goal is to continue growing my equestrian business and advancing my career as a CSO, while serving my community as a first responder, and contributing to its safety and well-being.
