• Recruited and Staff Sr. Level Data Scientists, Machine Learning/AI Product Managers, and Ads/Marketing Product Managers while exceeding annual outreach, screen and offer metrics• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements of the role, tech stack and functions. • Strategically use Boolean, LinkedIn, and other search methods to identify top Sr. Level Data Scientists, Sr. Machine Learning/AI Product Managers, Sr. Ads/Marketing Product Managers, and Sr. Machine Learning Software Engineers • Engage with diverse candidates on multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, SeekOut). • Contribute to identifying, engaging, and recruiting Sr. Level Machine Learning, Product Management and Software Engineering Professionals for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Oculus and AR/VR products. • Partner cross functionally with Diversity teams to maintain an inclusive environment when sourcing candidates• Coach and Prepare candidates for upcoming interviews by role playing, sharing interview guides, and highlighting their strengths. • Partner with Coordinators to schedule Interviews for candidates. • Partner cross functionally with Sourcers and Recruiters to create trainings to teach individuals how to recruit using internal networking events.

• Partner with Manager, Director and C-Level executives from Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 clients that range from Healthcare, Financial, Telecommunications and Education verticals. • Strategically run full desk recruiting, creating Boolean and other search string to effectively identify candidates that match company technical and cultural fit. • Responsible for recruiting and managing the end-to-end recruiting process that includes sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and presenting potential candidates in Network Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, Technical Support and Software Development• Understand my clients’ business and IT initiatives to provide professional services that will help increase revenue, save money and/or mitigate risk. • Partner with Client(s) Human Resource functions to onboard candidates properly. • Qualified Requirements with Client(s) Hiring Managers to best determine staffing needs. • Effectively run stand up meetings with Recruiters to get updates on all business. • Understand the Talent market and Client Industry to educate my clients on what changes are happening within the industry, how it can affect their business and how TEKsystems can help. • Educate customers on the various services that TEKsystems provides, which can help transform and innovate their business. • Recruit Top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the hiring/recruiting process.
